    3.Central glue unit (Using wheeling glue method)
    Longitudinal seam of bag tube is wheeling glued by plastic wheelsThe interval of the each two gluing wheel is same as the interval of each two paper layers. Glue coated thickness can be adjusted by the glue scraping sheet.
    4. Tube shaping unit
    (For both shaping Straight & “M” folding side tube)The papers go into the shaping platform feeding roller after Multi layer of paper glued. The laminated paper wrap at the outside the shaping plate and be turned into paper bag tube. Then the papers are leaded to the dragging roller on cutting unit. The longitudinal seam is bonded under the action of the support rod and the side rubber wheels.The shaping plate is with best angle of inclination and used of the short flat plate. The width of shaping plate can be free adjusted. The under is with touch roller structure, which can eliminate the bubble in the tube and guarantee the quality of paper bag. Else there is anti paper broken device. It is also equipped with the anti-wrinkle device of the outer paper surface when forming.
